Midwestern born with a California lifestyle, Cate is an avid yogi and enjoys outdoor activities such as exploring hiking trails, camping adventures, winery tours, and spending time at the beach with her family, socializing with friends, and exploring all that San Diego’s sports, music and cultural events have to offer.
Chris was born and raised in San Diego graduating from Poway High School. He loves surfing, fishing, water polo and volleyball. He is a Real Estate Broker and a General Contractor with a BS degree in Construction Management.
He has started and maintains businesses in Residential Property Management (Jensen Properties) and Emergency Restoration (Fast Affordable Restoration).
His construction and property management experience give him a unique set of skills in helping to prepare listings for market and to prepare newly bought homes for move in.
He loves building businesses and forming great relationships through shared experiences, life has been a great adventure so far!
Sally was born in South Korea and came to the U.S. at age 13. She came to San Diego in 2007 to attend UC San Diego where she obtained a BS/MS degree in Biochemistry. Combining her technical background and strong relational skills, she has worked in the biotech industry as a business development manager. She has almost 10 years of experience in biotech sales as a top sales professional.
Sally decided to bring her skills from biotech into real estate so she can help more clients with one of the most important decisions of their life: buying and selling a home. Sally is extremely passionate about real estate. She loves to help her clients find a house where they can build special memories and experiences. She also loves negotiating for the best offer for her clients so they can maximize on their home value and build wealth. She owns several investment properties and believes that real estate is a great way to invest.
In her spare time, she serves at her church actively with her husband Lawrence. She also enjoys playing the piano, cooking Korean food and traveling. Sally is extremely blessed that she can use real estate as a tool to meet people from all backgrounds and to help them with their home search journey.
